Terms of Service

§1. Seller And Contact Details

Seller: GlobeCheats, operating an online store providing digital products.

Before publishing the final version, the Seller shall provide full legal details, including name, registered address, and applicable registration numbers (if required by law).

Contact with the Seller is available exclusively via:

  • the official Discord server, and
  • the Store’s internal ticket/support system.

For formal legal matters, the Seller may provide a dedicated e-mail address upon request.


§2. Scope And Definitions

These Terms govern:

  • use of the Store,
  • placement of orders,
  • conclusion of distance contracts,
  • delivery of digital content,
  • complaint procedures.

Customer – any person using the Store or making a purchase.
Consumer – a natural person acting outside their business activity.
Digital Product – content delivered electronically (including accounts, keys, licenses, or access credentials).
Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.


§3. Technical Requirements

Use of the Store requires:

  • internet access,
  • a compatible device,
  • an up-to-date web browser.

Some Digital Products may require additional third-party accounts or software as described on product pages.


§4. Products And Services

The Store offers Digital Products only, delivered electronically.

No physical delivery is provided unless explicitly stated.

All product descriptions, compatibility requirements, limitations, and usage conditions presented on the product page form an integral part of the Agreement.


§5. Orders And Conclusion Of Agreement

An order is placed when the Customer:

  • selects a product,
  • completes checkout,
  • successfully completes payment.

The Agreement is concluded at the moment:

  • payment is confirmed, and
  • the Digital Product is made available to the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized transactions.

§6. Prices And Payments

All prices are gross prices.

Payments are processed via supported payment methods available in the Store.

Payment must be completed immediately. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.

Due to the nature of Digital Products:

  • all transactions are considered final once delivery is completed,
  • the Customer is responsible for verifying the purchase before completing payment.

§7. Delivery Of Digital Products

Delivery is performed electronically after payment confirmation via:

  • user dashboard,
  • e-mail (if provided),
  • or on-screen display.

Delivery is considered completed when:

  • access to the Digital Product is granted or displayed.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • securing received credentials,
  • preventing unauthorized access.

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • loss of access caused by Customer negligence,
  • misuse, sharing, or modification of the Digital Product.

§8. Right Of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Under applicable law, Consumers may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to Digital Products where:

  • delivery has begun, and
  • the Digital Product has been made available to the Customer.

By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that:

  • the Digital Product is delivered immediately,
  • withdrawal rights may be lost once delivery is performed.

§9. Refund Policy And Complaints

Due to the nature of Digital Products, refunds are limited.

A refund may be granted only if:

  • the Digital Product (e.g. key, account, or license) is invalid, already used, or cannot be activated, and
  • the issue existed at the time of delivery, and
  • the Customer provides clear and verifiable evidence (e.g. activation error message).
  • The Seller is not responsible for issues caused by regional restrictions, platform policies, account bans, or incorrect use by the Customer.

Refunds will not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:

  • successful delivery of the product,
  • change of mind after purchase,
  • lack of compatibility where requirements were stated,
  • improper use of the product,
  • restrictions imposed by third-party services (e.g. account bans),
  • activation, use, or modification of the Digital Product.

Complaints must be submitted via:

  • Discord, or
  • the Store’s ticket system.

A complaint must include:

  • order number,
  • description of the issue,
  • relevant evidence (if applicable).

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.


§10. Anti-Fraud And Payment Disputes

The Seller implements measures to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • access to the Digital Product may be revoked,
  • associated accounts may be suspended or terminated.

The Seller reserves the right to:

  • present transaction records, delivery confirmation, and technical logs as evidence,
  • pursue recovery of funds and associated costs where legally permitted.

§11. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees not to:

  • misuse the Store or Digital Products,
  • engage in fraudulent activity,
  • initiate unjustified payment disputes,
  • redistribute or resell Digital Products without authorization.

Violation of these Terms may result in:

  • permanent ban,
  • termination of access,
  • legal action where applicable.

§12. Personal Data (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data may be processed for:

  • order fulfillment,
  • payment processing,
  • fraud prevention,
  • customer support.

Customers have the right to:

  • access their data,
  • correct it,
  • request deletion,
  • restrict processing.

§13. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

The Seller may update these Terms for important reasons, including:

  • changes in law,
  • changes in payment methods,
  • operational updates.

Orders placed before changes remain governed by the Terms applicable at the time of purchase.


§14. Important Purchase Notice

By purchasing from the Store, the Customer acknowledges that:

  • all products are digital and delivered immediately,
  • no refunds are provided after successful delivery, except where required by law,
  • it is their responsibility to review product details and compatibility before purchase.

This notice forms an integral part of the Agreement.
